Custom Pool Design in White Oak
Designing a pool in White Oak starts with your lot, not a catalog. Backyards around here are often wooded, and the large lots behind 1970s to 2000s brick ranch homes give us room to sketch a layout that fits how your family lives. Heath Wharton draws every plan himself, then builds a rendering you can react to. We revise it until it is right, and we mean that literally. Heavy spring rain is part of the conversation, because runoff and mud decide where the pool, the deck and the drainage should sit. Clay soil in this part of East Texas moves with the weather, so the design leaves room for a sound, steel-reinforced structure. If you have acreage, we can go bigger with a spa, water features and a kitchen. Ready to see your yard on paper? Book a design consultation online, or call us and we will find a time that works.

Local conditions in White Oak
What White Oak backyards are up against
Expansive clay soils
Clay soils in this part of East Texas swell when they get wet and shrink when they dry. That movement is why we plan a White Oak pool as a steel-reinforced gunite structure and spend real time on the site before anyone digs.
Custom Pool Design helps address this
Heavy spring rain
Heavy spring rain puts water, mud and runoff into White Oak backyards. We account for it by planning drainage alongside the pool, so the build site stays workable and the finished yard sheds water away from the deck and the house.
